Evolus is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products.We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Operations & CRM Manager to join our International Marketing Team, reporting to the Exec Dir, International Strategic Marketing, based in Milan, while building strong partnerships with our Global Intelligence & Analytics team in California. This dual connection gives you both local support and global perspective. In this role, you will lead the evolution and optimization of our Salesforce CRM platform across multiple international markets. You’ll partner closely with local sales teams to streamline processes, resolve data-related queries, and ensure compliance tracking is robust and efficient. Your work will directly empower leadership with actionable insights and analytics to drive commercial decision-making and customer engagement strategies. Collaboration will be key, as you’ll also work alongside our Digital Marketing team to enable automated campaigns and with our global IT team to ensure alignment on system integrations and the broader tech roadmap.

Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…
  • Oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of the Salesforce CRM platform across multiple international markets.
  • Drive the CRM development roadmap, including the launch of future direct-to-market territories and system enhancements.
  • Lead cross-functional integration projects that connect Salesforce with key platforms such as learning management systems (LMS), gamification tools, digital marketing workflows, and consent management.
  • Provide proactive support to local sales teams, including training, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and hands-on assistance with CRM-related queries.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity across systems by managing accuracy, completeness, and validation processes.
  • Deliver reporting and insights that support commercial strategy, ensuring a unified view of customer activity to inform business intelligence and analytics.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective, scalable CRM solutions.
  • Ensure process compliance within Salesforce, supporting audit-readiness across highly regulated markets.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support ongoing system evolution, territory expansion, and organizational readiness.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and CRM vendors, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with internal goals.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing team to support CRM-driven marketing automation and targeted email campaigns.
  • Monitor and manage CRM-related budgets, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to support strategic priorities.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, contributing flexibly to the broader success of the team and organization.
  • Office Location – Milan, Italy  (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
  • Travel: Approximately 10% international travel to connect with key stakeholders and support business growth.

Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce CRM platforms
  • Proven expertise in performance reporting and dashboard design
  • Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of Salesforce and CRM best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with data engineering teams on data integration projects
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries to build data extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Extensive experience working within pharmaceutical, consulting, or similarly regulated environments, showcasing strong CRM expertise
  • Excellent process and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong planning and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable navigating complex matrix organizations and collaborating across diverse teams
  • Adaptable and self-motivated, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities
  • Solid understanding of data management policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  • Insight into business information flow and system integrations
Preferred Qualifications…
  • Experience with broader platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation tools 
  • Experience with Tableau

Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
