In this critical role, you’ll drive seamless customer and commercial success by ensuring the right products reach the right place at the right time. You’ll champion exceptional customer service, optimize demand and supply planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage import/export operations with precision. By turning data insights into actionable strategies, you’ll support account planning, strengthen stakeholder collaboration, and help the business grow efficiently and effectively.

 Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…
  • Customer Service Excellence: Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries related to supply and demand. Address issues with urgency and professionalism, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Customer Set-Up & Data Management: Support the set-up of new customers, including segmentation, data clean-up, and ongoing data accuracy, ensuring smooth onboarding and reliable information flows that empower both customers and internal teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and finance teams, to ensure alignment on key planning activities. Regularly update teams on performance metrics.
  • Lead Generation & Commercial Excellence: Contribute to lead generation activities by identifying opportunities to improve planning and supply processes that drive commercial success. Leverage insights from data sources to support decision-making and enhance our commercial strategies.
  • Account Planning & Commercial Policy Support: Support the development and execution of account plans and commercial policies, providing insights and data to drive smarter decision-making and improve overall business performance.
  • Starting remote – Home Office – Based in Germany transitioning to Office Based in Dusseldorf (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
  • Up to 10% travel 
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or customer operations, with a strong track record of building collaborative relationships, turning data into actionable insights, resolving challenges with empathy, and driving continuous improvements that elevate both team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset & stakeholder collaboration – Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, work across teams, and consistently deliver exceptional service.
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills – Comfortable working with data from multiple sources to make informed decisions and optimize processes.
  • Solution-oriented adaptability – Can navigate complex, changing environments, respond to challenges effectively, and drive results.
 
Preferred Qualifications…
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, eager to contribute to the success of the team and the broader organization, while continuously looking for ways to improve processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), with the ability to create clear reports and presentations that support decision-making and drive action.

Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
