Digital Marketing Manager, Chat
Description
Reports to Director, Email/Chat/Content Marketing
Responsibilities
- Own, manage, deliver, and report on our website chat experiences
- Leverage the most useful messaging and content to engage the target audience.
- Collaborate with department leadership, using website and chat metrics and industry best practices to help create measurable programs aligned to business goals that focus on driving a world-class user experience, qualified leads, and pipeline.
- Coordinate with live chat representatives and their managers to create a smooth transition between chatbots and live agents.
- Build out audience- and topic-specific, relevant conversational journeys, and automated chatbot flows that drive sales qualified leads and marketing qualified leads.
- Create, manage, and proactively share monthly reporting and analysis of key metrics and performance indicators for the website chat channel
- Partner with analytics, Marketing operations, and website teams to develop and refine our targeting and segmentation strategy and capabilities
- Follow industry policies, compliance requirements and best practices.

Role Requirements
To succeed in this role you will need to have:
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B Marketing, preferably demand or lead generation in technology industry
- Proven success in project management, with an ability to create, execute, and adjust plans as needed
- Experience managing Chat
- Strong analytical skills and metrics-driven decision making
- Strong English writing and proofreading skills
- Experience and understanding of lead generation, lead flow, and lead stage conversion process helpful
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
