JOB SUMMARY

 

The prime communicator between the customer and the company that provides the highest customer service care. The representative will coordinate and participate in the installation, setup, and provide solutions for various technological devices while overseeing the customer database.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Orchestrating installs and ensuring the completion of tasks within the assigned area
  • Obtaining Meters from printer devices
  • Installing necessary software for meter and toner level reporting purposes
  • Overseeing the Print Counts database while maintaining the Patrol Box devices.
  • Organizing and documenting reports and paperwork.
  • Performing walkthroughs to ensure proper inventory
  • Ensuring customers’ satisfaction while keeping a positive relationship.
  • Assisting other divisions within DEX Imaging.
  • Field position with office duties.
  • Monday through Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm.
  • Correcting/enabling/disabling/threshold adjustment of all toner alerts

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

 

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Must be attentive to details, organized, and a team player.
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must have a clean driving record

 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent customer service experience

 

 

 

 

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

 

 

  • Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
  • Travel requirements: Domestic and/ or International: Up to 20%
  • Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours.
