What’s the opportunity:

A position that requires proficiency in repairing, maintaining, and servicing multi-function devices, along with copiers/printers. Great customer service skills, communication skills, and troubleshooting abilities, a must. Computer and computer networking skills a plus.

What will you do:

  • Independently troubleshoot printers/copiers by utilizing training and technical resources provided.
  • Respond to device set up orders in a timely manner and in accordance with DEX standards.
  • Repair and refurbish used devices in accordance with-in the established timeline.
  • Identify and order replacement parts for printers/copiers.
  • Clean and maintain both customers owned, and company owned devices.
  • Establish and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Respond to requests from customers for information.
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments made in service-related areas.  

What you bring to the table:

  • Knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Order processing systems and Contact Management systems
  • One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must possess a valid driver’s license 
  • Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
  • Completes additional tasks and assignments as requested by Regional Operations Director.
