Role Purpose

The Amazon Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the Funko brand strategy across Amazon EMEA. In this role, you will plan and implement advertising campaigns, manage the look and feel of the Funko brand and work closely with key licensors on product launches and campaigns. 

This position reports directly to the Head of Amazon EMEA with a dotted line to the EMEA Marketing Director.

Some international travel may be required in this role.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans in line with business objectives and growth ambitions
• Full ownership of the marketing budget including monitoring and reviewing against set KPIs
• Manage and optimise campaigns via Amazon Advertising platform
• Work cross-functionally to execute 360° launch plans for new products across POPs! Vinyl, Games, Apparel and Loungefly
• Provide regular KPIs reporting including performance insights and recommendations
• Work closely with strategic licensor partners to develop overarching marketing plans and maximise Funko's visibility on licensors brand stores and campaigns
• Build and manage customer relationships with Amazon Advertising team to ensure key KPIs and objectives are exceeded
• Collaborate with our in-house social media team to drive traffic and sales conversion
• Lead the content creation and optimisation of Funko product listings
• Analyse and manage the Funko brand stores to ensure that these are engaging and driving sales

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience managing PPC and SEO campaigns
• Analytical and data driven, proficient in MS Excel
• Good understanding of Vendor Central and Amazon Advertising platform
• Experience working on Google Analytics, Perpetua and Helium 10
• Photoshop skills desirable but not essential
• Experience in developing creatives with high attention to detail
• Resilient, able to work independently, self-starter and a can-do attitude
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to develop relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Impeccable written and spoken English, French and German languages desirable
