Operation Project Engineer 
Objectives of this role
•    Maximize operation project efficiency and ensure cost are controllable
•    Develop scope for project design and implementation
•    Coordinate and follow up the project timetable and acquire the cross function supporting for completion
•    Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to the appropriate personnel
•    Develop and control the full project-plan lifecycle  
•    Report projects progress to operation DGM 
Project Engineer duties and responsibilities
•    Prepare, schedule, monitor and coordinate the assigned operation projects
•    Interact with teams on a daily basis
•    Find out about operation' needs and wants 
•    Manage the project resource plan and budget
•    Manage project issues, risks and actions
•    Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
•    Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
•    Project evaluations and assessment of results
•    Perform risk management to minimize project risks
•    Coordinate with external stakeholders.
Project Engineer requirements and qualifications
•    Previous working experience as a Project Engineer over 3 years
•    MA in Engineering or similar relevant field
•    Any additional Project Management Certifications will be considered an advantage.
•    Hands on experience with design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD
•    Excellent organizational and time-management skills
•    Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
•    Attention to details
•    Proactive problem solver
•    Bilingual in English and Mandarin are preferred
•    Those with experience of PV Solar yield are preferred
