Sr. Enterprise Applications Administrator - Netsuite
Description
- Application Administration:
- Manage and maintain our core financial systems, identifying opportunities to enhance functionality and performance
- Perform regular application updates, upgrades, and patches
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operations
- Oversee the setup and configuration of any new modules within our financial system platforms
- Provide ongoing technical support and training
- Communicate on projects and requests with Business/Leadership
- Data and Integrations:
- Oversee the integrations between our various finance applications and other internal and external systems
- Ensure seamless, scalable data flow and consistency across all financial systems by managing and optimizing integrations through connectors, middleware, and native application integration features.
- Security and Compliance:
- Provide User Acceptance Testing support as needed for any system changes or implementation of new modules or applications, ensuring proper documentation and SDLC processes are followed
- Implement and maintain security protocols across the various financial systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and security
- 7+ years of proven Financial Systems administrator experience, 4+ of those years in a Netsuite admin capacity
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment with annual recurring revenue of $1B+
- Experience in analysis, documentation, testing, and implementation of complex enterprise applications and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, oral/written communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines.
- Netsuite Financial Management modules Administrator experience
- Coupa application administrator experience and strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices
- Zuora application administrator experience or quote-to-cash experience with a similar application
- Experience in Enterprise Systems integrations using middlewares, iPaas, etc..
