Learning & Development Manager
Description
- Own the entire onboarding journey—from a captivating first-day welcome to seamless integration into our culture.
- Develop and source essential enablement materials to accelerate new hire ramp-up and performance.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Talent Management, and Workplace Services teams to align onboarding and enablement efforts across the employee lifecycle.
- Leverage candidate insights to customize the onboarding experience and tailor development plans.
- Use tech stack (Workday HCM, Workday Learning, and Qualtrics) to manage LMS assignments, generate reports, and analyze survey data for actionable insights.
- Monitor metrics and feedback to continually refine our onboarding and enablement strategies.
- Design, create, and deliver engaging training sessions and L&D content that support continuous learning and growth.
- Stay curious and be a continual learner yourself—bringing fresh ideas and best practices to the table.
- A genuine passion for new hire success, and a commitment to designing inclusive programs that make every new hire feel valued from day one.
- Proven ability to build strong, cross-functional partnerships and align diverse teams around a shared vision.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining quality and enthusiasm.
- Familiarity with Workday HCM and Workday Learning is highly preferred.
Must have
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective onboarding and enablement programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems, creating learning content, and facilitating adult learning opportunities.
- At least 3 years of experience managing an onboarding process.
