The Manager, SMB Sales is responsible for developing, motivating, and guiding the team to monthly, quarterly, and annual quota attainment with a focus on acquiring new business.    
The ideal candidate provides leadership and ensures consistent execution of productivity and revenue expectations for their team.  Daily activities involve coaching, managing heavy outbound calling, prospecting and lead generation activities, participating in product demonstrations and assisting deals to closure.       
What You'll Do:     
  • Ensures that monthly, quarterly and annual new booking goals are met.    
  • Properly forecast team performance, meet pipeline expectations, and drive accuracy and results    
  • Ensures implementation of ongoing training programs regarding our sales methodology, product knowledge, and knowledge of the property management industry.    
  • Tracking all sales related activities/KPIs in Salesforce.com including call activity levels, emails, opportunity creation, close ratio and prospecting efforts    
  • Hire, engage, train, and develop a strong team of sales representatives by providing appropriate coaching and guidance. This includes coaching and motivating individual reps, offering the necessary training, support, and tools to improve performance, achieve booking goals, and enhance their sales acumen    
Who We are Looking For:     
  • Bachelor’s Degree     
  • 5+ years relevant sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment    
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills    
  • Knowledge of strategic selling, sales methodologies, and sales industry best practices.    
  • Prior management experience - Successfully leading, managing, developing and mentoring teams    
   
Compensation & Benefits     
The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $90,200-$112,750.      
The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.      
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
