Your role

We are looking for an IT Business Partner position to copilot the IT service and development in Mantova, working together with the Affinity IT services centralized at Barcelona.

Mantova plant is the new Affinity project and it represents a pivot moment for the society: this new factory will be focused on Wet production, giving to our group new possibilities and visions, entering new markets as direct protagonist. The processes of structuring the plant are evolving, growing a team focused on this challenge to better work on the ramp up.

What you will do

Main Objectives

• To develop the IT function to support the business at Mantova, working with the Affinity IT team
• To ensure the outcome while facilitating an smooth communication among Mantova and Affinity IT, in projects as well as in daily service, and deliver service and support to users
• IT service continuity, correcting incidences and ensuring against disaster and cyberattacks

Specific Responsibilities of the Job

• IT support to all Mantova functional areas: mainly Operations, Quality and HR

• Help Affinity IT in the implementation of the annual project plan
• Manage and maintain local applications working with local partners. There will be few local applications, except for the manufacturing execution system, which it will grow
• Manage and maintain hardware infrastructure working with external partners and with Affinity IT support: communications, networking, local servers, industrial and user devices
• Support Affinity IT in SAP, EWM being the first user point of contact in case of incidence knowing the production and warehouse processes and how they are managed by SAP-EWM

What we are looking for

Profile

• High level IT professional, with at least 10 years of experience delivering consulting and support to users
• Able to understand the business processes and how they are supported by technology, so as to identify what needs to be done and to facilitate communication with Affinity IT business partners and technical leads
• High communication skills and influence capacity, with strong business thinking and international mindset
• Passionate about being innovative and up-to-date with the latest trends and advances

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• IT Engineer or IT Studies
• Business processes
• On-premise infrastructure: communications, networking, datacenter, computer terminals
• SAP and MES general knowledge
• Application Maintenance service experience
