What you will do

• Drive Sales Reporting & Analysis: Consolidate and prepare critical monthly and quarterly performance reports for Key Accounts, translating data into actionable insights for the management team.
• Ensure Data Integrity: Own the accuracy and maintenance of all client activity and sales metrics within the CRM system.
• Coordinate Strategic Initiatives: Act as the central point of contact for tracking and following up on top commercial initiatives across channels
• Support Omnichannel & Retail Execution: Coordinate the operational execution of promotions, creativities, and merchandising activities● 

What we are looking for

• Educational Drive & Business Acumen: Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Demonstrated interest in commercial strategy and sales operations.
• Data & Analytical Acumen: Proficient user of Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and previous exposure to CRM systems, with a strong commitment to data accuracy and detail.
• Bilingual/Multilingual Capacity: Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proactive & Organized: Highly organized and proactive individual capable of managing multiple follow-ups simultaneously, ensuring senior management can focus on strategic negotiation and client relationship building.
