Your role
We are looking for a Utilities Maintenance Leader for the Maintenance team, who will report to Maintenance Manager at the Mantova plant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the utilities, buildings, and energy systems of the Mantova plant, ensuring compliance with Safety, Industrial Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards. Supports continuous improvement and energy optimization efforts.
What you will do
  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of utilities and facilities equipment.
  • Ensure optimal performance of electrical distribution, steam boilers, compressors, HVAC, water, gas, air and cold systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for infrastructure maintenance and energy-related projects.
  • Monitor and optimize energy consumption and costs (electricity, gas, water).
  • Maintain compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory standards (AT/BT, pressurized equipment, refrigerants, etc.).
  • Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis of failures.
  • Supervise and support team members and technical operators.
  • Manage technical documentation, maintenance planning tools (e.g., GMAO), and ensure documentation updates.
  • Support investment projects from design to qualification.
  • Participate in quality, environment, and safety audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards. 
 
Who we are looking for 
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Maintenance or Energy Systems.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of utility systems, building infrastructure, and maintenance standards (preventive, predictive, regulatory).
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and 22000 standards.
  • Good command of English. Italian and French are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, GMAO, and technical drawing tools
