The Opportunity:
The Ziff Davis Shopping team is seeking a Recruiter to drive our hiring efforts across our premier global brands, including RetailMeNot, VoucherCodes, and TDS GiftCards. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, identifying and engaging top-tier talent to help our shopping ecosystem thrive. This position is based in the United States and operates in a remote-first environment, supporting our teams on a global scale. This is your chance to lead high-impact projects! Key Responsibilities:
You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial kickoff meetings with hiring managers to the final offer negotiation. This includes developing tailored sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and ensuring a seamless, inclusive candidate experience that reflects our brand values. You will serve as a primary point of contact for the RetailMeNot, VoucherCodes, and TDS GiftCards business units, providing data-driven insights to help leadership make informed hiring decisions.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for global teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Execute proactive outreach to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Facilitate a professional and engaging candidate interview experience.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to refine recruiting processes and contribute to global employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System
- Ensure all recruitment activities align with our commitment to equity and belonging.
Job Qualifications:
The successful candidate brings a proven track record of managing high-volume or specialized recruitment in a fast-paced digital media or technology environment. You possess a deep understanding of modern sourcing techniques and have experience navigating global hiring nuances, particularly across the US and UK markets. Your communication style is collaborative and transparent, allowing you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
We require an individual who is highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities without sacrificing quality. You should have demonstrated experience using recruitment technology (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to streamline workflows and identify top talent.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in-house.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing candidates in tech or digital media.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Experience with global recruitment and remote team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Jobvite, Greenhouse, Lever) and Excel/Google Sheets.

Compensation Range
Ziff Davis provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The salary compensation for this role is $70,000-80,000 per year. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
