The Opportunity:

We are hiring a VP of Product to own the full end-to-end product vision across our ecosystem, including mobile apps, browser extensions, loyalty platforms, pricing intelligence, and AI-powered shopping experiences.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role owns all Product and Product Design (UX). Product Design will report directly to the VP of Product. Marketing/Brand Design is not in scope.
This is a rare opportunity to architect the future of a scaled consumer commerce platform and lead a company-defining transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the multi-year product strategy and roadmap across RetailMeNot and our portfolio brands.
- Lead the integration of AI-powered discovery, personalization, pricing, and loyalty experiences across app, extension, and web.
- Drive the next generation of our loyalty and wallet ecosystem, embedding savings seamlessly into the shopping journey.
- Lead and scale a high-performing Product Management organization.
- Directly manage and develop the Product Design (UX) team, ensuring product strategy and user experience move as one.
- Establish strong product-design operating rhythms that prioritize speed, clarity, experimentation, and quality.
- Translate company growth goals into clear product bets, roadmaps, and success metrics.
- Own product-driven outcomes including DAU/MAU growth, retention, engagement, conversion, and monetization efficiency.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Marketing, and executive leadership to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
Product & Product Design Leadership
- 12+ years of product experience, with 7+ years leading senior product teams.
- Proven experience owning complex consumer-facing product ecosystems (mobile, web, platform).
- Demonstrated success leading or overseeing Product Design / UX teams, “with a strong point of view on usability, shopper behavior, and designing low-friction, trust-first consumer experiences.
- Experience operating in environments where Product and Design are tightly integrated.
AI-First Product Experience (Product-Led, Not Theoretical)
- Experience building and scaling products that leverage AI/ML, personalization systems, recommendation engines, or intelligent automation.
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into clear consumer value and measurable business impact.
- Strong judgment around where AI meaningfully improves the experience—and where it doesn’t.
- Comfort partnering deeply with Engineering and Data teams while maintaining a product-led, user-first POV.
- You don’t need to build models—but you must understand how AI changes product strategy, UX, and prioritization.
Commerce, Loyalty & Scale
- Background in e-commerce, loyalty, fintech, marketplaces, or high-intent consumer platforms.
- Experience scaling products with millions of users and real revenue impact.
- Comfort owning KPIs tied directly to growth, engagement, and monetization.
Executive Presence
- Clear, compelling communicator who can influence at the executive level and inspire teams.
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward action and experimentation.
- Thrives in fast-moving, transformational environments.

Compensation Range
Ziff Davis provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The salary compensation for this role is $200,000 - $250,000. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
