Job Summary:
Trading Services is seeking a candidate that is willing to grow and cultivate skills in the Fintech industry. A successful candidate will play a crucial role in the processing and analysis of trading activity to determine necessary actions to correct accounts. This individual should be committed to providing "Best in Class" experience to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review account trade activity per portfolio models to identify incorrect or missing trades.
- Perform price comparison trade analysis, submit corrections, and monitor accounts for corrective actions.
- Communicate and clearly articulate analysis and propose course of action to correct accounts.
- Establish and maintain strong and cooperative relationships with internal and external clients.
- Participate in special projects as assigned by Supervisor.
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls, and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Knowledge of financial markets, equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and ETFs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
- Must possess strong attention to detail with the ability to critically analyze large amounts of data.
- Ability to gather information from various sources to assist in critical decision making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year(s) experience in the financial services or related industry preferred
