Envestnet is seeking a passionate and talented Solutions Architect to join our Business Application team. This is a hybrid role, with in-office work required at our Berwyn, PA office location.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Solutions Architect. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with various teams across the organization, directly engaging with client-facing stakeholders to design solutions for our customer service platforms. Your work will be pivotal in implementing solutions that enhance customer experiences and streamline workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture of Envestnet’s customer support applications (Zendesk, Salesforce) and integrated contact center solution, adhering to best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs.
  • Design technical solutions and manage data migration efforts when onboarding new teams and consolidating applications.
  • Assess current technology to identify gaps and design solutions that address business problems.
  • Oversee the full delivery cycle in both sandbox and production environments.
  • Lead integration efforts with other systems and platforms, including Jira, Zoom Contact Center, and Salesforce.
  • Establish operational objectives by evaluating business functions and analyzing trends.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and user confidence.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain high standards of data quality and integrity in the application.
  • Develop and oversee test strategies, including planning, tracking, and designing test scenarios for complex solutions.
  • Create detailed requirements and use cases with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Document solution architecture, integrations, and system protocols.
  • Provide technical guidance to developers and administrators.
  • Define and manage project requirements, including milestones, phases, and budget.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable and meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested. 
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Solutions Architect supporting customer service platforms such as Zendesk and Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in SaaS, technology consulting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing technical solutions.
  • Experience as a technical lead in system migration or consolidation projects, including solution design, data migration strategy, and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and manage data flows between various systems.
  • Experience in designing and implementing data integration solutions that ensure seamless data exchange and consistency. 
  • Experience administering CCaaS platforms, such as Zoom Contact Center, highly desired.
  • Proven ability to integrate customer service platforms with other tools and applications.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders across departments and locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in writing detailed documentation, creating comprehensive reports, and delivering engaging presentations.
  • Adept at active listening, providing constructive feedback, and facilitating productive discussions.
  • Strong systems knowledge and the ability to leverage technology to improve efficiencies.
  • Proficiency in data migration and ETL tools.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee large implementation or migration projects.
  • Solid understanding of testing fundamentals, including evaluating test results, bug reporting and tracking, and quality management.
  • Certifications: Zendesk Support Administrator or equivalent, e.g., Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
