Job Summary:
The Workplace Client Service Specialist – Supports Key Account and Strategic Account Manager team. Ensures ongoing connectivity with recordkeeping partners and service support of broker dealer and RIA clients. Responsible for ad hoc and ongoing project work with existing clients, implementation of new clients, maintaining client information and contact list in sales force and ensuring all services are working and delivered in a timely manner. Work requires consistent exercise of independent discretion and judgement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage comprehensive knowledge of all Envestnet Workplace Solutions.
- Partner with the Strategic Relationship Management and Key Account Manager teams to support service excellence for existing enterprise clients (BD, Aggregator, Asset Manager, and Record-Keepers) and new clients through implementation project work.
- Partner with the workplace operations team to ensure all workflows are working and meeting customer expectations.
- Ensure all contracts, amendments and SOW’s are in good order and once executed are submitted to legal, billing and operations teams.
- Ensure all invoices are sent and payments collected in a timely manner through the Envestnet Billing teams.
- Participate in ongoing Enterprise calls to discuss any data or service-related topics.
- Work through any service-related issues and proactively inform and educate clients about potential new enhancements or offerings from Envestnet.
- Respond to inbound service calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Track all activity, client contacts and assignments in Salesforce and follow up as needed with sales/KAM/SRM partners.
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field of study
- 2-5 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Experience communicating with clients via phone and email in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to self-manage, with strong organization skills and an attention to detail.
