Job Summary:

Yodlee is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Infrastructure, Operations, and Reliability. The role has overall responsibility and accountability for the strategic planning, budgeting, operation, and strategy of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud architecture and governance, ITSM, and Corporate IT support and services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary global management team to establish roadmaps and successful implementation of technology standards, including cloud and on-premises compute, network, storage, and other datacenter infrastructure.
  • Build strong relationships with company leaders and departments across the organization to understand the business, share knowledge, and foster a collaborative, supportive environment when recommending technology solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams and contribute to the response to customer RFPs and audit requests, including the development of strategies that reduce the burden of such efforts by anticipating required artifacts and processes.
  • Partner with information security to ensure the infrastructure meets all security requirements and continues to evolve over time to meet changing needs and best practices. Collaborate with Information security teams to complete internal and external audits.

Management:

  • Design a strategic global hybrid hosting strategy to optimize performance and cost benefits, including both on-premises and cloud-based providers.
  • Manage budget for IT infrastructure both cloud and on-premises footprint. Manage license and budget for infrastructure services to ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources. Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure alignment in goals and seamless execution.
  • Oversee cloud engineering and cloud governance to ensure robust and scalable cloud solutions, embedding best FinOps practices to manage and control cost.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to systems and application support teams including DBA Administration, Capacity Planning, Performance, Observability, and Virtualization.
  • Oversee IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services, including incident, problem, change, and configuration management.
  • Manage Corporate IT support services to ensure high availability and performance of end-user computing environments, including desktop and IT systems, helpdesk function, and technical support.
  • Drive cloud application migration, adopting cloud first, DevOps and observability best practices.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure disaster recovery protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations.
  • Implement Observability best practices and tooling to monitor the effectiveness of the delivery of application and infrastructure services. Implement process revisions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and report on relevant KPIs and metrics to drive operational maturity, improved customer experience, and aid in transparency and understanding across the business of the infrastructure organization’s contributions to the business.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required; master’s degree or MBA preferred or commensurate experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 15 years of demonstrated progressively responsible experience and successful Infrastructure and operations management of distributed global platforms.
  • 10+ years of progressively broadening architecture and technology leadership experience
  • Experience in a high-volume and critical production service environment.
  • Highly technical leader with experience in areas of hybrid cloud platforms management and support. 
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in current technology trends, including the impact of cloud and operations automation on IT Operations and Service Delivery.
  • Proven experience in implementing centralized observability tooling and NOC like support model.
  • Proven track record in managing Corporate IT support functions, ensuring high levels of service and support for end-users. Leverage in-depth knowledge and experience with corporate IT systems including Office 365, Okta, SharePoint and Power BI.
  • Business and Financial Acumen with demonstrated experience managing budget with great discipline in planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships for all infrastructure services and solutions and reviewing vendor contracts, statements of work, and related documents.
  • Proven success in establishing key performance indicators, metrics, and focus to drive operational / service delivery best practices.
  • Effectively utilize techniques designed to reduce frequency, duration, and impact of common infrastructure related business disruptions.
  • Experience in Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, and testing.
  • Experience in Application migration to cloud.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic roadmap while balancing short term tactical decisions.
  • Meticulous planning skills with a balance of risk management and efficient execution.
  • Can establish and balance priorities between new initiatives and sustaining operations engineering work.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills (presentation, written and oral) and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
  • Proven ability to manage globally distributed support organization, developing, coaching, motivating, and driving (on and offshore) team performance.
  • Experience building and managing high performing teams. Strong people leadership skills to maximize employee engagement, build, retain, and manage highly skilled and motivated teams.

Salary:

The annual base salary range for this position is $188,000 to $282,000.
