Job Responsibilities:
- Create content and complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology focusing US audience as consumers.
- Actively participate and contribute in team meetings.
- Portray the information as appropriate in the form of drawings, charts, and flow diagrams to illustrate the Product features.
- Keep abreast of latest industry trends and knit it together with the organizational needs.
- Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to facilitate timely and quality execution of content projects.
- Coordinate with geographically distributed content teams and stakeholders.
- Gather the content feedback, look for areas of improvements, prioritize, and implement the constructive suggestions.
- Emerge as a subject matter expert in assigned areas of responsibility through interactive learning and apply the expertise in creating the content independently.
Skill Sets:
- Strong writing skills.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in Technical Writing
- Excellent organization, communication, and writing style with an eye for detail.
- Highly motivated with an ability to quickly grasp complex software solutions and their objectives.
- Ability to work within agreed timelines.
