Junior Accounts Administrator plays an important role in the day-to-day customer and internal transactions, the individual needs to be committed to providing a hassle free service to our customers. They will work as an interface with internal and external parties for escalation and problem resolution to ensure timely and accurate information given to the AR and cash allocations team.
  • To proactively monitor all orders ensuring they are routinely released with regular communication with Credit Control and Accounts Receivable, alongside this daily “orders on hold “list to be compiled and distributed.
  • Investigate all credit requests and action accordingly. Update and maintain records detailing credit information and issue monthly report to Customer Excellence Manager.
  •  Dispute resolution, work with all parties to ensure a prompt resolution to account queries which maybe preventing payment.
  • Opening of new accounts and maintaining and updating customer information on the business systems.
  • Claim and submit warranty invoice to Italy for all our accepted warranty inspections and report back to the business monthly.
  • Issuing of monthly customer settlement credits
  • Any other duties, within your capabilities, as required by Management
  • Adhere to the unit’s guidelines on pricing of products in order to secure profitable business. Wherever possible obtain market price information to support sales growth and profitability targets.
  • When recommending or specifying product or offering technical support attention should be made to avoid any potential errors that could lead to loss of reputation or claims from third parties.
  • Compliance with the Companies export compliance procedures.
