  • Partner with Sr. HR Manager and DC Operations Leadership to ensure talent at all levels meets business priorities.
  • Generate various reports for leaders such as, Headcount, Leave of Absences.
  • Manage, process, and track employee Leave of Absences, including all communications with employee
  • Process all Corrective Actions and Terminations.
  • Provide support to DC Operations Leadership on corrective action recommendations
  • Provide assistance with employee
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to leadership daily on Employee Relations and performance management issues.
  • Monitor all Employee Discussion forms and partner with operations for any sensitive discussions with employees.
  • Process all roster reassignments, promotions, demotions, pay and address updates, shift transfer, and employment status approved requests.
  • Partner with Loss Prevention for any Employee/contractor badge issues.
  • Support & create a culture of consistency & fairness for all employees.
  • Worker’s Compensation: update UltiPro, organize file in shared drive, follow up with Employee if/when necessary.
  • Update Employee LOA’s UltiPro, follow up with Employee(s). 
  • New Hire - Provisioning Request.
  • All Jobvite postings (non-exempt and exempt)
  • Schedule interviews (Employee and Hiring Manager), create and extend offer letters.
  • Offer proactive recruiting assistance, post jobs on social media (indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), extend offers etc.
  • Employment Verification.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all our employees.
  • Performs other job duties as needed. 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist and/or Recruiter role.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Strong background in non-exempt recruitment with some experience in Employee Relations.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Jobvite and Indeed.
  • Strong Time Management Skills, including the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and effectively working in a team environment.
