Description

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be responsible for data analysis of Torrid’s supply chain operational and financial performance.  In this role you will develop and maintain forecasting, planning and reporting models and metrics to enable and clear and concise business review process.  You will also provide analytical and diagnostic support to highlight and communicate trends, opportunities and obstacles to achieving supply chain cost and service objectives.
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO: 
  • Develop and update daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly financial and operational metrics and reporting.
  • Interpret data and analyze results of operations to inform forecasting and planning in the supply chain.
  • Interpret and analyze operational and cost data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key internal business partners to improve and refine reporting as business needs change.
  • Partner with the business to model project improvement opportunities and develop effective project tracking metrics and reporting to validate project results.
  • Develop and communicate insights resulting from analysis.
  • Partner with Corporate finance to ensure alignment with forecasting and budgeting policies and procedures.
  • Support and in some cases lead improvement projects, as assigned.
  • Maintain organized documentation/records of operational and financial results.
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service to our Brand and its customers.
 
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:   
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills with an attention to detail.  
  • Cost-benefit analysis skills and ability to construct supply chain financial models. 
  • Forecasting and planning experience in omnichannel environments. 
  • Strong business acumen to relate supply chain opportunities and obstacles to implications for Torrid’s overall business. 
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong PC Skills – Microsoft Office proficiency required; Report writing experience Tableau, Looker, Qlikview, SQL preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and prioritization/organizational skills. Problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to adapt to changing business conditions and priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to solve day-to-day challenges while seeking long-term improvements to the business operations.
