The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating, managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns. They will assist in growing engagement and developing new and exciting ways to work with influencers on all Social Media platforms.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and manage campaigns with influencers including briefing, influencer sourcing, concepts, strategy, and overseeing execution within the team.
  • Identify and cultivate new communities of influencers as well as new social channel expansion opportunities to reach new audiences and extend our brand awareness
  • Innovate and advocate for new ways to expand our influencer marketing initiatives, as well as identify ways to partner with other teams to utilize creative/strategic assets
  • Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
  • Digitally savvy and staying on top of—and proactively sharing—trends and new technology to help us stay ahead of the curve

What You’ll Need:

  • BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year experience with Influencer Marketing, Social Media or in a Digital Marketing environment.
  • Digitally savvy with strong familiarity and experience with the Influencer industry and social media. Always has their finger on the pulse of what’s trending including pop culture, news, and advances in digital/social marketing.
  • Proven track record in executing outreach campaigns
  • In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organized with great time management skills
  • Project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
  • Ability to work in a team environment, give and receive honest, direct feedback
  • Meets deadlines, prioritize appropriately, copes well with change and maintains composure under pressure
  • Ability to travel to events (potentially, not required)
