Manufacturing Engineer
- Provide complete manufacturing lifecycle support (transition to sustaining) to assigned production areas, with an emphasis on the SRCTec depot operations
- Design, develop, and/or procure the necessary tools, fixtures, and equipment as required that satisfy the throughput, yield, and product specifications as prescribed
- Generate production and RMA workplans aimed at efficient and effective product manufacturing and repair
- Assist depot personnel with execution of repair and refurbishment activities
- Take ownership of depot readiness for new products and eventual repair needs
- Implement ECO/ECN changes and updates to production and depot process environments
- Participate in teams directed at identifying and executing continuous improvement opportunities
- Identify and implement best operational methodologies and standard work that can be applied to the depot as well as all production areas
- Analyze production and RMA data for trends and work with product design and manufacturing resources to implement corrective actions
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline
- 3+ Years of related manufacturing and production process experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the assembly and test of complex, RF-based military products
- Experience with structured problem solving and variance analysis
- Exposure to MRP software tools and configuration management methods
- Must be a U.S. citizen

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $82,000 to $96,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
