Program Control Analyst


SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a Program Control Analyst. The selected candidate will work closely with our Program Managers and Deputy Program Managers and in the daily execution of engineering development and research and development programs.

What You'll Do 

 
  • Perform duties as delegated by the Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager
  • Assist in the data gathering and preparation of status reports and other technical documents
  • Work closely with financial analysts, procurement, contracts, shipping & receiving, and cost estimating on various tasks in support of programs
  • Monitor and report performance against plans to meet cost, schedule, and staffing objectives
  • Maintain program schedules in Microsoft Project
  • Maintain budgets and cost tracking workbooks
  • Generate presentation material for internal and customer program reviews
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge and application of program management skills including organizational management and business intelligence
What You'll Bring 
 
  • Bachelor’s degree with 0-1+ years of experience in program control/management; Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered
  • Must be a proven team player with excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a positive can-do work attitude
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Professional customer communication and interfacing skills; strong customer advocacy and customer-first attitude
  • High level of attention to detail and documentation accuracy; self-motivated with intellectual curiosity, with regards to data and determination to work through problems
  • Willing and motivated to learn; desire to understand the peripheral processes that provide input to, or derive outputs from, the support services processes
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills; not easily frustrated or overwhelmed
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple customer service requests concurrently while effectively discerning and managing changing priorities
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative team environment and independently
  • Possess exceptional organizational, process management, and written and verbal communications skills
  • 10% travel

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $59,000 to $68,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
