Program Control Analyst
SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a Program Control Analyst Level 2. This position is an intermediate role designed for professionals looking to deepen their experience in program management. In this position, you will collaborate closely with Program Managers (PM) to develop, monitor, and report on program plans, schedules, and budgets. You will apply your knowledge of program cost, schedule, risk management, and Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to ensure program objectives are met. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of working independently and contributing to team success.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Program Managers to develop plans and schedules that meet contractual requirements for moderately complex programs
- Monitor and report on performance against established plans to ensure cost, schedule, and staffing objectives are achieved
- Assist in gathering and preparing data for status reports, technical documents, and program reviews
- Maintain and update program schedules in Microsoft Project and track budgets using cost tracking workbooks
- Support the program team by ensuring compliance with program management procedures and processes
- Generate presentation materials for both internal and customer-facing program reviews
- Assist in the planning and execution of proposals, including the development of basis of estimates
- Track program risks, action items, and deliverables, maintaining databases for each
- Provide input to improve program efficiency and achieve program goals
- May interact with customers and vendors as needed, in coordination with the Program Manager
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business administration, or a related field, with 2+ years of program-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Proven team player with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills, with a strong customer-first attitude
- High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and thorough documentation
- Motivated to learn and understand related processes that impact program management
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, able to manage multiple customer requests concurrently
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness to travel up to 10%

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $69,000 to $81,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
