Summary:
The Manager, P&C Operational Excellence leads and develops a team of P&C Administrators responsible for delivering accurate, efficient, and employee-centered HR operational services across North and South America. This role plays a critical leadership role in transforming how HR administrative work is delivered across RES’ global footprint —shifting to a scalable, standardized, and digitally enabled operating model that enhances the experience for employees, managers, and HR partners.
As the organization transitions to a new HR operating model, the Manager serves as a key driver of operational excellence, leading process redesign, strengthening cross functional collaboration, and championing adoption of new workflows, systems, and technology. This role partners closely with HR Operations leadership, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Accounting, IT, and HRIS to deliver consistent, reliable, and high-quality HR services across multiple countries and systems.
This role will be hybrid requiring a minimum of 3 days in office.
Requirements:
- Lead and Develop the P&C Operations Team
- Provide day-to-day management support to the regional People & Culture Administration team,
- Set expectations, coach team members, and build capabilities to support a modernized HR operating model across North and South America.
- Drive team performance by enhancing processes, removing barriers, and enabling efficient, employee centered service delivery.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure consistent service delivery and timely issue resolution.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Accounting, and HRIS to improve end to end employee lifecycle processes, including HR administration, onboarding and compensation.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of employee and manager inquiries, including escalations requiring deeper expertise.
- Lead Operational Excellence and Transformation
- Lead the transformation HR administrative services by standardizing workflows, strengthening operational rigor, and improving service quality – with a regional focus and a global mindset.
- Document processes and standardize workflows in alignment with the regional HR support model.
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and operating model changes.
- Establish and embed operating metrics to drive service delivery across the region and inform a future global model.
- Analyze workflow data, feedback, and process pain points to identify improvement opportunities and influence operational decisions.
- Lead change management efforts by preparing the team and stakeholders for new ways of working and reinforcing a continuous improvement culture.
- Build for the future by enhancing enablement tools, expanding self service capabilities, and reducing manual administrative work through new systems and AI-drive solutions.
- Drive HR Systems Optimization and Data Excellence
- Oversee daily administration and troubleshooting of HR systems, including ATS, onboarding platforms, and HRIS.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant employee data across all regions, implementing strong data integrity and governance practices.
- Partner with HRIS and IT on system enhancements, configuration updates, testing cycles, and rollout of new technology.
- Provide escalated systems support and guide the team in educating people leaders and employees on effective use of HR tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or another relevant field is required.
- 3-5+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, shared services, or people operations is required.
- 1-2+ years of people leadership experience managing HR or operational teams is required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
- Experience leading process improvement or operational transformation initiatives is required.
- Working knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and other HR technology platforms is required.
- Experience working in multinational HR environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and best practices across HR operations is required.
- Experience partnering with cross functional teams such as Payroll, IT, TA, Accounting, and HRBPs is required.
Anticipated base salary range: $102,000 - $128,000
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
