Summary: 

The Field Training Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining and auditing training records within the Learning Management System (LMS) and preparing and distributing reports. This role assists with the Cornerstone certification process and builds certifications within the LMS to support structured learning pathways. Additionally, the role oversees apprenticeship learning materials distribution and collaborates with to the Operational Workforce Management team to ensure efficient training operations. This role is fully office-based.

 

Requirements:   

  • Reconciles training data to support HSQE initiatives, Construction, company standards, and client expectations, in order to meet strict governmental and safety guidelines and critical deadlines.
  • Researches and resolves discrepancies in training records in collaboration with HSQE, Construction, direct supervisor, and the Operational Workforce Management team.
  • Analyzes, verifies, and reports discrepancies in submitted training documentation, and manages process to ensure accuracy.
  • Manages training identification card process, including verification, printing and shipping.
  • Evaluates, processes, and enters training records submitted from the field into Learning Management Systems (LMS), creates and generates reports to support and drive training execution.
  • Maintains organized documentation of training inquiries, including managing the training inbox.
  • Coordinates externally sourced safety training, including purchase order (PO) processing and vendor management.
  • Builds, formats, and delivers custom reports using internal systems and spreadsheets to track site training compliance.
  • Provides guidance and support related to safety and technical training processes.
  • Administers ordering, shipping, tracking, and documentation of apprenticeship materials.
  • Composes regular communication and documentation with a professional approach to address a variety of employee needs, including but not limited to summary emails and outreach communications.
  • Assists with the Cornerstone certification process and build certifications within the LMS to support structured learning pathways.
  • Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.
  • Operates Company aligned vehicle for business travel, site visits and other business requirements.
  • Complies with the Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and all Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications: 

  • High school/GED General Education required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent 4 years related experience is required.
  • 2 or more years of experience in Data Gathering, Entry, and Reporting is required.
  • 1 or more years of experience in HR, payroll, or administration is preferred.
  • Less than 1 year of experience working for a construction or renewable energy company is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with field teams and off-site administrative functions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through skills.
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.

  • Domestic travel 5-15% required.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.

 

 

Anticipated base salary range:  $56,000$69,000

 

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
