The Systems Integrator (SI) Manager Role

 

Join Qlik as an SI Manager to lead and nurture our alliance relationships with top system integrators in Japan, including industry giants like Accenture, Deloitte, NTT Data, and Capgemini.

 

This pivotal role is designed for a high achiever with a strong background in enterprise software sales and a knack for fostering impactful partnerships.

You’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to deepen executive relationships, grow repeatable revenue, and create new market opportunities through joint offerings.

 

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

 

  • Drive Revenue Growth: You’ll be key in achieving and surpassing sales revenue targets with system integrators across Japan, directly influencing Qlik's success.
  • Develop Strategic Solutions: Your expertise will help identify and craft solutions that deliver significant value in key vertical and horizontal areas.
  • Align Sales Motions: Collaborate closely with the Qlik sales team in Japan to streamline and manage the sales pipeline with integrators, ensuring maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Contribute to Global Sales: Extend your influence beyond Japan by driving contributions to Qlik sales in various territories.
  • Manage Partner Activities: Oversee and optimize partner activities related to Marketing, Enablement, and Go to Market Solutions.
  • Build Capacity for Growth: Establish and nurture practice capacity to support ongoing, scalable growth in channels and partnerships year over year.
  • Travel Opportunities: Occasionally travel outside the territory to foster relationships and expand your professional network.

 

We’re looking for a teammate with:

 

  • A strong will to succeed and are self- driven and results oriented
  • 10 years of recent and working knowledge of system integrators and/or management consulting firms and how they work with clients
  • Natural leadership ability with sharp business development acumen, who strives for excellence
  • Ability to engage, motivate and manage partners
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audience & present the business value aspects of the Qlik proposition
  • Experience in crafting joint business models and approaches with system integrators and execute both strategic and tactical business plans
  • The ability to apply your strong business acumen and resource management skills in order to meet requirements, and set the example for good work procedures
  • Ability to develop, build, secure and maintain relationships with key relationships at all levels within a client/collaborator organization
  • Demonstrable ability to influence and lead teams in cross-industry collaboration pursuits
  • A professional network that includes senior contacts and relationships within regional and global system integrators
  • Recent and working knowledge of system integrators in Japan, and system integrators globally.
  • A Strong understanding of system integrator alliances; how they go market and drive revenue with clients
