The Customer Success Engineer Role

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
- Best Practices Deployment: Collaborate with customers to deploy, manage, and audit best practices, ensuring scalable and secure implementations.
- Technical Workshops: Conduct technical workshops and provide product updates, empowering customers with the latest advancements.
- Problem Solving: Research, investigate, and recommend solutions to data and business challenges, taking technical ownership to drive resolution.
- Customer Success: Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues, document and present complex solutions, and ensure successful project completions.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 6 years in a data engineering field, managing multiple customers and projects.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency implementing data replication, change data capture and ELT solutions is essential, preferably using Qlik technologies + proficiency in Data Warehouse. Familiarity with Linux, Networking and security a plus.
- Experience with databases (relational & non), DB2, SQL Server, and ideally one or more of Snowflake, Databricks, Cloudera, Hortonworks, Hive or Kafka.
- Development skill in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python, RESTful APIs, and SQL.
- Expertise in designing and deploying complex data solutions for cloud providers, particularly Azure or AWS.
- Soft Skills: Strong client-facing consultative skills and creative problem-solving ability.
- Language Skills: Business-level English.
