The Field Marketing Manager- Benelux Role

 

Join Qlik as a Field Marketing Manager, where you'll drive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and growth plans. Partnering with local Sales leadership, you’ll translate goals into an effective marketing plan, collaborating across teams to build brand equity and drive pipeline and revenue growth. You’ll extend global marketing activities into your region, engaging with prospects and customers through various programs and events, and leveraging key partnerships to expand our reach.

  • Collaborate with Tech Alliances and Global System Integrators to reach new audiences.

  • Measure and evaluate the impact of your marketing activities, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness.

  • Shape marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and brand awareness in your region.
  • Participate in regular pipeline reviews, driving actions with key stakeholders.
  • Foster a data-driven environment to inform budget investment decisions and optimize customer journeys.
  • Influence global marketing plans with insights from the field, ensuring local business objectives are met.

 

We’re looking for a teammate with:

 

  • 8+ years in B2B Field Marketing, with experience in enterprise software, BI, or SaaS.
  • A deep understanding of building and optimizing marketing plans for business impact.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a distributed, matrixed environment.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Proven success in managing agencies and negotiating with vendors.
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies (SalesForce.com, Marketo, ON24, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office) and intent data (6Sense is a plus).
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to travel as needed (up to 25%).
