ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Rewards Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation programs, with a strong focus on salary benchmarking, market analysis, and maintaining competitive compensation structures aligned with the company’s rewards strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Lead and manage salary benchmarking and market pricing activities across all business functions. 
  • Participate in salary surveys and analyze market compensation trends.
  • Conduct compensation analysis and provide recommendations regarding salary structures.
  • Support managers and HR Business Partners during salary review and compensation planning processes.
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of salary bands and compensation policies.
  • Analyze internal equity and external competitiveness of compensation practices.
  • Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Support annual merit increase, and salary budgeting processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams on payroll forecasting and budgeting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant legislation.
  • Recommend initiatives to improve compensation programs and employee retention. 
 
WHAT WE ASK OF YOUEssential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
  • Strong experience in salary benchmarking and compensation market analysis.
  • Experience using compensation surveys such as Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, AON Radford, or similar.
  • Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation systems is considered an advantage.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
