Role Description: The Studio Manager in São Paulo will oversee the daily operations of our Live Casino studio, ensuring seamless execution of gaming experiences while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive efficiency, team development, and continuous improvement. The Studio Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and ensure compliance with local regulations.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and coach studio personnel to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
  • Staffing & Scheduling: Manage staffing levels to ensure optimal table coverage, organize rotations, and coordinate substitute employees as needed.
  • Compliance & Procedures: Enforce game policies, procedures, and internal guidelines in alignment with company standards and Brazilian regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows within the studio.
  • Performance & Reporting: Analyze financial statements and activity reports, adjusting strategies to meet business KPIs.
  • People Management: Build and maintain a strong team culture, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, HR, and other departments to drive operational success.
  • Crisis & Risk Management: Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure the studio operates in a safe and structured environment.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Monitor expenses and optimize resource allocation for cost-effective operations.
  • Vendor & Facility Management: Oversee relationships with key suppliers and ensure the facility is maintained to a high standard.
Candidate Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in an Operations Management role.
  • Previous experience managing teams of 200+ employees in a dynamic environment is a plus.
  • Language: Professional working proficiency in English and Portuguese is a must.
  • Basic financial acumen and budgeting experience.
  • Proven ability to build and develop teams from scratch.
  • Strong focus on quality assurance and leadership.
  • Empathetic, flexible, and proactive personality with strong people management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills across all levels.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts (day, mid-day, night, weekends, holidays) when required.
  • PC literate with strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Minimum High School diploma required
