What you would be doing:

-Shift work on schedule - day and night shifts lasting 12 /twelve/ hours;
-Supervise and coordinate Security Agents on shift, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures;
-Oversee access control system, including issuing employee ID cards and managing access profiles;
-Monitor video surveillance and respond to security incidents;
-Conduct patrols to ensure site security and enforce regulations;
-Train and guide security personnel, ensuring proper performance and professional conduct;
-Prepare and submit daily and weekly security reports;
-Develop and manage work schedules for the Security Team;
-Communicate with other departments and external representatives to support security operations;
-Operate fire alarm and emergency systems, responding to alerts as needed.

What makes you a strong candidate:

-Experience in the security industry (supervisory or leadership role preferred);
-Strong leadership and problem-solving skills;
-Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Windows-based security systems);
-Fluency in Bulgarian and English;
-Bulgarian citizenship with a clean criminal record;
-Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond effectively to security situations;
-Strong communication and organizational skills;
