ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Rewards Specialist – Benefits is responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy, employee needs, and market best practices.  
In order to properly review and process your application, CV's must be submitted in English.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Manage and coordinate employee benefits programs.
  • Analyze the competitiveness and effectiveness of existing benefits offerings.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for the implementation and administration of benefits programs.
  • Manage operational and contractual relationships with benefits providers.
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment processes and employee communication initiatives.
  • Analyze benefits costs and utilization data and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare reports and analysis regarding benefits utilization and effectiveness.
  • Provide support to employees and managers regarding benefits-related inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance of benefits programs with applicable legislation and internal policies.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend new benefits initiatives. 

 

WHAT WE ASK OF YOUEssential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Benefits or Total Rewards.
  • Hands-on experience managing employee benefits programs.
  • Experience working with external vendors and contract negotiation is considered an advantage.
  • Good understanding of legislation related to employee benefits.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
