Objectives of this role: 
 
To provide Information Technology for end user support and development of Flexcoat’s applications. The Senior IT Analyst will work with IT managers, project managers and project team members to ensure the Business Units’ applications are functioning properly and are working optimally (continuous process improvement) in the Multi-Color environment.  
Manage IT support contracts related to the area.

Reports to: LATAM It Manager 
 
Responsibilities: 
Systems Implementation and Support: Work with Management of the business unit and IT Project management to develop project scope, definition and AFE’s for selected activities, develop tasks and time lines. Follow Project Management methodology to manage activities and tasks through project implementation  
 
Project Implementation and Support: Ensure assigned tasks are being completed according to business requirements, which include being on time, within budget, and within scope.  
Define solutions for systems development, by identifying needs with internal customers. 
 
Applications Support: Provide application support to all Flexcoat systems and applications. Applications include, but are not limited to: Protheus, I4S, Vertex and any other installed application. 
 
Hardware Support: Provide troubleshooting for all hardware or software issues affecting applications. Resolve simple hardware problems (printing, handheld devices, etc.). Generate tickets for hardware and software issues requiring more specialized support. 
 
Offer solutions for computerized environments, propose changes to processes and functions, providing technical consultancy, identifying user needs, evaluating and negotiating proposals from suppliers. 
 
Evaluate the requirements of the request presented, validating the clarity and objectivity of the information, as well as whether it is adequate and sufficient to continue the process. 
 
Develop and autonomously negotiate proposals for changes or new systems, to be presented to the internal client, based on the requirements presented. 
 
Ensure the quality of routines and processes under your responsibility, evaluating the impact of changes, aiming to guarantee the integrity of the systems. 
 
Prepare and respond to the documentation of routines and processes under your responsibility, specifying technical documents, manuals, operational routines and others. 
 
Seek continuous quality improvement in your area of activity, by identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures. 
Provide autonomous support for system solutions for the processes inherent to your area of activity. 
 
Qualifications: 
General Knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management) cultures, DevOps and agile methodology. 
Knowledge in market frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and desirable certifications in these subjects 
 
Experience in service level management (including interface with auditors, development of action plans, standards, policies and processes), contract management (Support, maintenance and warranty), including preparation of RFPs (Request For Proposal). 
Knowledge in budget management 
Higher education in Information Technology / Data Processing / Network Management. 
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT field 
Experience in implementation of an ERP. Experience with Protheus as a user desirable. 
Knowledge in SQL / database technology. 
Knowledge as a user of Microsoft O365 products 
Fluent in Portuguese and English is a must
