The Customer Service Team delivers MCC’s World Class Service model by providing clear, concise and timely information regarding our customers purchase orders and shipments. This requires obtaining and utilizing an in depth knowledge of our customer’s and products that we produce for them. This will be achieved by demonstrating analytical thinking, comprehending the use of Fort Dearborn’s business systems and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
handling corporate clients, including international ones, within the scope defined by internal procedures (ongoing contact with the client, receiving orders, constant coordination with production during order fulfillment, etc.)
monitoring and analyzing inventory levels as well as sales and profitability of serviced clients
ensuring proper flow of information between the client and company departments (and vice versa)
managing deliveries to the client (deadlines and quantities)
implementing new client projects (in external cooperation with client marketing and planning and internal cooperation with the Technology and Graphic Departments)
Qualifications:
minimum secondary education
willingness to work and learn new skills
practical knowledge of Excel (working with data)
practical ability to use English (spoken and written) – at a level that allows for smooth communication
ability to work in a team, communication skills, interpersonal skills
Good to have:
Knowledge in Radius would be beneficial
