We are seeking to appoint a Finance Manager FP&A, to Lead the Italian FP&A department while supporting the organization to achieve overall corporate financial objectives.

The Role

In this role, you will:

• Lead internal management reporting and support management reporting to MCC (4 sites / 2 legal entities).
• Partner with the Local Management Team to assure achievement of the overall corporate objectives, including analyzing data to initiate improvements and cost savings.
• Lead annual budget and monthly forecasting process.
• Support and liaise with the Accounting Department.
• Build, develop and manage the local FP&A team (2 FTE).
• Drive process improvements, integration of business regarding accounting, cost accounting and FP&A.
• Culture: Model the Corporate Values and Principles.

The Person

To succeed in this role you will:

• Based in Lucca’s area, need to be ready to travel frequently to the specific sites in the country.
• Experience in industrial companies .
• Experienced in leadership to manage local FP&A but also need to be a business partner to the Sales and Operation directors.
• Must have 5 years’ experience in a similar position (preferably US based company).
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in MS office (particularly in Excel) and experienced with ERP systems (Pre in SAP).
