The Production operator is to perform a variety of duties in the post print label finishing process. Experience is not required but always a bonus.
Responsibilities:
- A Production Operator (Multi-Task) is responsible for performing various tasks on the production floor to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. This role involves handling multiple operations such as removing, peeling, transferring stickers, cutting, and pasting, among other duties.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sticker Removal and Peeling: Carefully remove and peel stickers from products or materials without damaging the surface.
- Sticker Transferring: Accurately transfer stickers to designated areas on products.
- Cutting: Operate cutting machinery or tools to cut materials to specified dimensions.
- Pasting: Apply adhesive and paste materials or stickers onto products as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and machine downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure production goals are met.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum secondary school.
- Preferably with basic knowledge of computer
- Preferred 2 years but not a requirement
