As the leader of the Customer Success Team, you will own the long term vision, strategy & results for setting an organized approach at serving our small to mid-tier customers, helping them grow within their desired market segments. We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to lead a team of ten (10) Sales Representatives. This leader will drive measurable revenue growth by expanding customer relationships, accelerating opportunity development, implementing new customer centric processes that make it easier to do business, all while ensuring MCC remains the partner of choice for our valued customers.

Core Responsibilities:
- Accelerate sales growth – own pipeline development, revenue targets, and inside sales execution
- Leadership & coaching – lead, inspire, and grow a team of 10 Sales Representatives to consistently exceed goals
- Customer engagement – partner with customers to understand business needs, uncover opportunities, and deliver MCC solutions
- Commercial alignment – work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Commercial Excellence and operations teams to ensure alignment on growth strategy
- Performance tracking – define KPIs, annual budgeting targets and report performance to senior leadership as requested
- Process optimization – implement CRM best practices, call frameworks, and inside sales playbooks for scale/repeatability
- Own customer negotiations & bids/RFPs focused on win/win outcomes
- Proficiency in forecasting, inventory management and managing account receivables
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or MBA preferred
- 10-12 years proven work and leadership experience in label or packaging sales, inside sales, commercial leadership and or business development
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding revenue & profitability targets with strong financial acumen
- Excellent communication and strategic negotiation skills

- Location: Remote; Midwest on CST or EST by a major airport
- Travel: 30% - 40%
