Sales Manager Healthcare (m/f/d) – DACH Region

📈 Reports to: Sales Director
👥 Responsible for: Key Account Managers
Multi-Color is looking for an experienced Sales Manager Healthcare to drive the expansion of our healthcare segment across the D-A-CH region. If you are a strategic thinker with strong sales expertise, technical understanding, and a passion for customer relationship management — this role is for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Understand healthcare market trends, customer needs, and segment dynamics
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans in collaboration with the Sales Director
  • Monitor segment performance and provide coaching to Key Account Managers
  • Coordinate efforts across Operations, Supply/Demand Planning, Customer Service, Pricing, R&D, and Marketing
  • Build and expand a portfolio of high-value customer accounts
  • Identify growth opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making
  • Ensure seamless service delivery to key accounts
  • Report on segment performance, account status, forecasts, and strategic initiatives
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM data and track opportunities
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new Key Account Managers

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare segment within the D-A-CH region
  • Technical understanding of labeling, printing, and finishing technologies
  • Strong stakeholder management and a growth mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and data analysis tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Professional certifications in sales or business development
