Job Responsibilities:
• Ongoing supervision of the production process (timeliness and quality)
• Controlling the correctness of the printing process, as well as the consumption of raw materials and printing components
• Making necessary staffing adjustments, in agreement with relevant stakeholders, to ensure continuity of the production process
• Organizing and supervising the work of subordinate employees on individual shifts
• Participating in or leading 5S, Lean, and similar improvement projects
• Approving labels for printing and performing final print inspections
• Monitoring working hours, downtime, and all breaks recorded in the printer’s time-tracking system and technological card.

Our Requirements:
• Minimum secondary education (preferably in printing technology)
• At least 2 years of experience in a printing company in a similar position
• Practical knowledge of printing processes (mainly UV flexographic printing)
• Leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team
