Are you looking for a seasonal summer job that is fun and where you can make good money? If you want to trade a boring desk job for a fast-paced, social environment, Stonehenge Gates Apartments is looking for a Seasonal Leasing Consultant to join our team!
We are a vibrant, 180-unit conventional market-rate community, and we need someone with high energy to help us show off our beautiful property and find people their next home.
The Perks & Pay
- Hourly Rate: $18.00/HR
- The Bonus: Up to $100.00 per rental!
- The Vibe: A fun, professional, and high-energy atmosphere where no two days are the same.
The Schedule
- Duration: June 1st to August 15th (Tentative).
- Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting prospective residents with a smile and a "welcome home" attitude.
- Leading tours of the community and highlighting our best features.
- Managing social media, answering phones, and handling the administrative side of the leasing process.
- Serving as a key brand ambassador for Stonehenge Gates!
