Monarch Investment is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Oaks at Bentonshire Apartments, a 208-unit apartment community in St. Cloud, MN.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $22.00–$25.00 per hour DOE
- Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
- On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

Responsibilities:
- Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner
- Perform apartment turns and make-ready units between residents
- Complete drywall repairs, painting, staining, and basic carpentry work
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- Assist with exterior building maintenance and property upkeep
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience required
- Experience with drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- HVAC and water heater experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Ability to work Monday – Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM
- Ability to work on-call schedule (approximately one week every six weeks)
- Valid Driver’s License is required
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, and drug screening.
