Monarch Investment is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Oaks at Bentonshire Apartments, a 208-unit apartment community in St. Cloud, MN.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $22.00–$25.00 per hour DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner
  • Perform apartment turns and make-ready units between residents
  • Complete drywall repairs, painting, staining, and basic carpentry work
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
  • Assist with exterior building maintenance and property upkeep
  • Participate in the rotating on-call schedule
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience required
  • Experience with drywall, painting, and carpentry
  • Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
  • HVAC and water heater experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Ability to work Monday – Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM
  • Ability to work on-call schedule (approximately one week every six weeks)
  • Valid Driver’s License is required
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
