We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Rover in Sandusky or Mansfield, Ohio. Explore the property here www.sanduskyapts.com and consider this your personal invitation to apply!
Your day-to-day:
- Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
- Ability to drive between Sandusky, OH and Mansfield OH
- Respond to work orders and resident service requests
- Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
- Snow removal when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
- Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
- Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
- Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time
Compensation & Benefits:
- $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
- Annual salary increases up to 5%
- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
- On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
