Monarch is looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our Seasonal On-Call Snow Removal Team in Marquette, Michigan! This position plays an important role in keeping our communities safe and accessible throughout the winter season. Responsibilities:
- Shovel snow from sidewalks, walkways, stairs, and building entrances
- Apply salt or ice melt to prevent slips and falls
- Respond to snow events on an on-call basis
- Work efficiently and safely in winter weather conditions
- Operating a Snow blower
- Communicate with the team as needed during snow events
Qualifications:
- Reliable and able to respond when called
- Comfortable working outdoors in snowy and cold conditions
- Ability to lift and use a shovel for extended periods
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
