Monarch Investment is seeking a Painter to join our team at The Park Apartments in Lubbock, TX. We believe that each team member contributes directly to the success of our company. The Park Apartments
5702 50th Street
Lubbock, TX 79414

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:
• Painting both interior and exterior applications
• Drywall repair
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years' experience in painting and drywall experience
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
