Who do we need?
We are seeking an Associate who is passionate about all things digital and ready to bring that energy to our high-performing, collaborative team. You will work closely with senior team members to provide support on day-to-day work, while helping deliver our clients’ strategies across their digital footprint. You will demonstrate solid and well-rounded communication skills, and contribute to reporting, community management and content development. Experience managing healthcare clients is preferred, but not a must.
 
What you will be doing?
Client relations:
  • Build strong relationships with your clients. Demonstrate proactivity by offering new ideas and new ways of generating success, including identifying digital opportunities.
  • Actively work to create a good knowledge of current developments and trends affecting the clients’ and the markets in which they operate in
Communication skills:
  • Writing – have the ability to write in a range of styles including short and long-form digital content
  • Quality standards – produce high standard of work at all times, paying attention to detail
  • Presentation skills – establish a strong grasp of presentation skills
  • Research & analysis – conduct and analyze research (i.e., desktop research, listening exercises, competitive analysis, SWOT analysis) to derive insights on client’s sector
 Industry and Market knowledge:
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client’s business priorities and work to create a good knowledge of current developments and trends affecting the clients’ industries and markets in the digital arena
  • Have knowledge of the role of social media channels in PR and how to best utilise each channel to the clients’ benefit
  • Demonstrate understanding of the clients’ digital work and provide counsel to team on social media content and activations
Account team support: 
  • Assist in the development of client’s activity reports.
What do you need to apply for this role?
  • 1+ years of social media communications experience
  • Fluency in digital/social media platforms, tools, and solutions
  • Experience in copywriting and developing a range of social media materials
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and an ability to set and evaluate campaign metrics
  • Well-rounded communication skills and good at client servicing
  • Bilingual – verbal and written
  • Based in Abu Dhabi
