The Role
  • Digital Business Lead for one of our key global (Energy) accounts.
  • Oversee and drive delivery of agency scope for the client, including:
    • Digital Brand Campaigns - Global and Market Sponsorships (F1/Golf/Football) banner/social
    • Digital Transformation Initiatives -Marketing Technology, AI, Lead Generation, CRM
    • Data and Analytics
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive planning decisions to support marketing objectives for the client.
  • Be a champion for our client brands and continually strive to find innovative solutions that builds the brand awareness and equity.
  • Provide team/client expertise and leadership.  Help team set individual goals which build towards the wider project goals
  • Lead and develop annual Account Plans and create clear accountability measures that ensure success.
  • Effectively motivate, lead and train a cross-functional team (strategy/creative/production) across regional locations, to support growth and delivery for the client.
  • Align and collaborate with all agency partners (both in and out of network).
  • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders working closely to ensure teams are briefed and the project is delivered on time and on budget.
The Proof
  • Previous Account Director experience for one (or more) global clients.
  • A history of working in digital/web/consultancy agencies and environments.
  • Delivery of multiple digital projects and campaigns, including DT (Digital Transformation) ie. Data/AI/MarTech/CRM.
  • Thorough understanding of agency project process, across briefing through delivery ensuring jobs are managed well financially and are efficiently using resources to meet client needs.
  • Track record of nurturing and growing a key agency account.
